$500 MINIMUM ORDER

DEPOSITS: To ensure your favorite item‘s availability we prefer you book 2 months in advance prior to your event date. Reserve & book your event date today by putting a 50% Deposit down.


METHOD OF PAYMENT

PAYMENT OPTIONS:  Acceptable methods of payment: Cash App ZELLE, CASH, Money Orders; Checks (personal, company, cashier's).  If paying by Check, it must clear the bank 2 weeks prior to the event date. Special payment arrangements must be authorized by management at least 7 calendar days prior to event.

REMAINING BALANCE:    Balance is due upon the completion of décor set up in CASH

DELIVERY FEES APPLY

DELIVERY RATES – Delivery fees apply for travel, set up & breakdown of event items. Additional fees may be incurred for LATE PICK UPS after 11pm & or NEXT DAY PICK UPS (on Sundays). Additional delivery fees may be incurred for event rentals located outside a 100 mile driving radius of the nearest major city. 

CANCELATIONS

RAIN DATE – We will honor a rain date based on availability within 6 months of cancelation date although the same items will not be guaranteed.  It is agreed that we will be allowed to substitute equipment, which may be of greater or lesser value with no increase or decrease in price of job/event. It is required you inform us of canceling for a rain date 1 week prior to your event date. If you CANCEL your event, your deposit is non-refundable. All deposits will be forfeited, and the Lessee will be responsible for the full amount.

FAQs

Q: How many hours of set up do you need?

A: We require 4-8hr set up time prior to your event start time or more, depending on your order & the items required time to complete the setup.

Q: Can we keep the decor?

A: All decor items are rentals only for the day of your event. They must return back to the showroom in the same condition it was delivered in. Customer will be charged for any missing or damaged items.
